            It basically gives a review of the events that happened on the 26 of December 04 regarding the tsunami. And outlines how the disaster could have been minimized by having a tsunami warning broadcast center in the region that was hit by this tsunami. 

Explain about  Downsizing  , nanotechnology handle with care,

                        Babel runs backwards.

            The article talks about the new companies that are going into the nanotechnology business. Yet it points out that many of the supposedly nanotechnology based companies only a few are really into it because many only go as far as micro-technology.

            Another important point is that some of this emerging companies want to go public but the reality is that since many of the objectives that the companies have are not real at the moment the companies don’t have enough assets to go public. But they do have intellectual assets. Hence it is very optimistic for this companies that in a near future they will be able to go public and into the stock market but for the moment it is to early to be.
